    Those shoes are the opposite of what Wily said arnt' they?
    Appreciate you felt they were OK but there is not much point in the OP asking for advice if the recommendation is then just to get the cheapest ones.

    They are even less cycle shoe looking (and I imagine feeling) than the ones my mate wore once and is now looking for another pair.

    chainreaction do not have many sizes in stock right now but the deals are out there if you need them.
    You can get even cheaper ones that may not be carbon or have ratchet top strap, but are still fairly rigid, securely fitting and a lot nicer looking than the MT32 (maybe you do not like the very 'pro' looking ones anyway?).

    Think about going half a size up on some brands.

    It might be more hassle and time than going into a shop, but if you are on a tight budget its what you have to do.
