Forks: Rockshox Revelation RLT Ti (Blackbox) 20mm Maxle, dropped to 140mm
Bars: Renthal Fatbar cut to 750mm
Stem: Truvativ Holzfeller 50mm Black
Headset: Nukeproof 44mm for 1 1/8th steered forks
Grips: Renthal Lock On Kevlar

Brakes: Shimano XT M785 Silver, 180mm front and 160mm rear

Shifter: SRAM X0 10 Speed Silver
Cables: Fibrax Outer (full length cables) and Powershift Xpert Inner (stainless steel, PTFE coated)
Rear Mech: SRAM X9 Type 2 Short Cage 10 Speed
Chain Device: E13 LG1 with lower guide removed- just top guide and taco guard

Saddle: Nukeproof Plasma Ti Rails
Seat Post: Rockshox Reverb
Seat Post Clamp: Cotic

Cranks: Shimano SLX
Chainring: Hope 36t Silver
Chain: KMC X10-93

It feels lovely to ride. I might take a hacksaw to the lower guide bit of the backplate on the chain device if I don't drop a chain and feel the need to run a lower guide. I might also get some high rise bars but I'll make that decision after a longer ride or 2.

It just needs some Rockguardz carbon down tube protection and mudguard and it'll be done.
