Couple of BB installation questions

Couple of questions regarding BB installation.

I have a new Shimano SLX bb. It seems to have come with some form of grease already on the BB. Is it advantageous to use this over what I would use (finish line anti seize). If I used the grease that came with the BB I would assume I still need to add some grease lightly to the shell?

The torque I need to do the BB up is listed as ~50N. I take it this is pretty much as tight as I can get it pushing down with my weight? (I am not exactly the strongest of people around).

It is actually a thread lock.

Leave it on and if you wish a bi of anti seize will not harm.

You have had the BB shell faced at some time?

    And yes tight.

I don't think so. Second hand frame and it doesn't look as if it has been faced. I don't think the person I bought it off had any BB problems though.

    EDIT:
It actually looks as though it could have been. IDK. I should probably go and ask him :P
