I was down to do the 100+ one last year but the weather was brutal so I bottled out - I think only 85 actually did the long ride.

The long ride covers most of the route of the 'ride with brad' - so you get to do the climbs of the nick o pendle, waddington fell, pendle hill, the trough of bowland. Its a shame the weather affected the inaugral ride last year because on paper it lloked oen of the best - really beautiful feedstops and challenging ride.

I might do the 76 this year and save the big hills for the ride with brad.

The routes are on the link you posted by the way

heres the 105 one for example

If they gave you hot pot at the feeding zones and a large portion at the end it would be worth the money, otherwise the name is a fraud...

  • I've signed up for this, doing the 105 mile route. I live locally and generally do some of these climbs when I can but have never done them all at once (gulp). Some excellent roads and hills, but that long, flat pedal back to Blackpool looks like a right PITA.

It's a good flat leg spinner to cool down
