HRM and GPS

Hi all - not sure where to ask this question - hopefully it isn't in the wrong place.
I am looking to buy a basic HRM and GPS watch for a friend. Budget is limited to about 120 quid and he is particularly interested in certain features:
1) a HRM
2) GPS so he can upload it to some kind of site and work out where he has been mapped against speed, HRM ...etc.
3) the ability when he is on the road to see his co-ordinates and cross reference it to a map (either in his pocket or on his phone)
Any ideas?
Thinking of this one but not sure if it has those features (particularly the third)....

Thanks in advance.
Spencer.

I'm not sure about the 3rd either but I'd go bike specific and look at the Garmin Edge 500.

That's a good price for the Edge 500 with HR and cadence sensors. I Have an Edge 500. It has features 1 and 2 but not 3 afaik.Shut up, knees!
