Feed stations at Action Medical sportive events

I've entered my first sportive, the Chiltern Challenge 100 organised by Action Medical Research. Thing is, I have absolutely no idea what to expect to be available at the feed stations, and so I'm unsure what I need to carry myself in the way of drinks, gels, food etc. Can someone give me some idea what to expect?

I did the Bucks 100 last year and the feed stations were excellently equipped. There is plenty of the usual flapjacks and bananas etc, but also great long tables heaving with pasta dishes, potatoes galore, sausage rolls, cakes and pastries. I think I ate half my body weight at the 2nd stop. It was hard to pull myself away.
I took some home made flapjacks and energy bars (the freebie High 5 ones) as well as 3 litres of water (Iknow, I know) and dragged the whole sorry feast around untouched. You probably won't need to take much in the way of food, maybe a banana or so, but plenty of water/electrolyte mix as it's in June so likely to be boiling...Triban 3 - very red

That sounds excellent. Maybe I'd better ride with a backpack, empty of course to start with, and invite some friends round for some nibbles in the evening ;-)
Seriously, thanks for the info. Very useful. I just hope there'll be some left by the time a slowie like me gets there!http://app.strava.com/athletes/287459
