Light & cheap seat post

I need a 30.9 x 350mm seatpost to fit 6mm saddle rails. Whats the lightest, best quality I can get for up to £40?
I'm no lightweight (14 st) so reasonable strength will be needed.

What is the saddle? Not seen many 6mm rails!0

Charge Spoon, I thought 6mm was standard? My DH & DJ saddles have 8mm rails, I thought 6mm was the standard for XC.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

7mm is standard. Pretty sure yours will be that.
Easton EA30 is decent for the money:

I just got one of these, very good piece of kit, switchable for saddle rail sizes too:

Most tend to be about 250-300g for this money in aluminium.0 -

Having bent a few of them, I tend to think of seatposts as sacrificial, on a MTB.0 -

I bent a few 27.2 x 400mm posts. I'm hoping a larger diameter, shorter post will be stronger.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
A shorter post won't be stronger, it's exposed post acting as leverage.
Perhaps consider a Thomson, I've bent a few other posts in the past and ruined a few saddles on this Thomson post and it is still straight as ruler.0
