Different Gear shifters, will it matter?

Hi I've just bought a pair of dura ace gear shifters off ebay but the left hand side one doesn't work. The right hand side works perfectly so I had a look at purchasing a left hand side triple gear shifter. I am currently looking at this shimano ultegra one linked below. Will it make any difference to my bike apart from asthetics to have two different types of gear shifters?

    As long as it's a triple shifter then you'll be fine.

    Although hood shape will be odd.

    Plus if the ebayer did not provide suitable merchandise - get your money/send them back!
