Hi everybody! I am building this lovely NOS LOOK frame as my new summer ride.
How would You do that? I was thinking about going full DA 7700 and classic sew up wheels.
Seriously period correct.
Cheers

If it were seriously period it would have 126mm OLN rear dropouts so DA 7700 wouldn't fit ;-)WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

Ooooof! Love it.
How did you find this as New Old Stock?0 -
I need to check rear spacing. Seriously, but I reckon this is 130mm-ish.
But the most of all I'm afraid that I got too large frame (I'm 175cm, 5f10inch) so it may be this inch too big ;(
Now I am considering swapping it for a lovely Colnago Master for instance.
I would love these Tune/Ambrosio tubs on it.

Lovely, the colour scheme looks great.“Faster, Faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death.” Hunter S Thompson0

Nice, although a master is still lovely this is a bit different, I'd go with the Look just for something a bit more unusual0

Damn, that's too big for me. I measured it today and 58cm's won't fit me ;(
Anybody want to swap?0 -

Some teasers... sorry for improper wheelset

Very nice. Never seen such a large downtube on a steel frame, almost looks like an alu. Do you know the frame weight?
P.s. looks ok for 5ft10. What length is the toptube?0 -
There are a few about, this Concorde is similar:

Top tube is 58cm. I should ride a 54-ish one. So damn sorry0

I had a similar model, the Kg 253 in Columbus Nemo with carbon fork... same geometry... it was an awesome frame and I think yours will ride just as well... the chromed fork makes it more classy
Enjoy...left the forum March 20230 -
Anybody want to swap? The shop I bought it from has also 56cm-ish one if anyboy wanted to buy a smaller.0

VDA, how come none of your pix work in this thread? Dying to see the frameset.
Is it the powder green one? viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=12907996
the powder blue or pale yellow one?
or the red/chrome one Mutuelle de Seine et Marne used to ride? When a cyclist has a disagreement with a car; it's not who's right, it's who's left.0 -
