Chainring separation

Quick easy Q for you all.

Can every chainring be removed from its crankset?

Mine look to be riveted together and I want to split them to try these funny shaped rings on my second bike.

I cannot see how these separate.

    'Afraid not, even if you could get them apart you'd want the right chainring bolts on the right pcd and drilling for the right number of arms on the crank. It's probably a cheap crank set, have you priced up a new one?
