Rockshox Domain servicing

Hi all,
I have a set of Domains on my Norco which I bought second hand in November (2010 Model I believe). I have never really adjusted or touched the forks at all.
They are now very solid on all small bumps and even medium ones. To the point where I can jump and put my full weight on the bars and get zero movement, I'm not a big guy but I'm sure thats not right! They do compress on decent sized drops and jumps however so they aren't seized.
How easy are these forks to service? I've never serviced a fork before but have a basic toolkit and stand etc. Is there much I can do without buying oils and seals etc or is it just a waste of time?
Am I right in thinking the preload is adjusted internally on these too? If so how would I do that?
Cheers in advance!

First, find the manual on Sram's website. But there's nothing much you can do without buying stuff.I don't do smileys.

Yeah I've found the manual, for the dual crown version anyway but I'm guessing the internals are pretty much the same.
I'm just wondering how easy it is having never done anything similar before, am I gonna be amazed at the simplicity and wish I had never asked or am I going to break my forks beyond repair?!2010 Norco Shore 2

They're pretty simple to service. Have a look at the tech manual, dead simple.0

Am I right in thinking this manual will do it?

I have 2012 single crown domains and used the 2011 dual crown manual to service them, they haven't changed for a few years! Just make sure you refer to the correct oil chart.
Piece of piss though if you follow the instructions, mine feel lovely now!0 -
is there an easy way of finding out what year my ones are?2010 Norco Shore 2

Post a pic?
up to an including 2011, they were either the 302 or 318
2011 onwards and they were either the R and RC
I had a 2009 318 and now have a 2012 RC - both were serviced in the same way.0 -
I've got 2012 Domain RC's on my bike and have serviced them in the shed. Very simple to do.Lapierre Spicy 316 2012
