This will be on the back as soon as I get a 180mm rotor and put a longer hose on it.

And this will be on when the current rear tyre dies

So that's it for the moment I think I will just change parts as and when the need to be unless anything I want turns up at a good price.

Nice, I do like the Talon's Ive had 2 a 2.5 and a 3 so this must be the top range one (unless they do a 0?) the only thing I would say is isnt the original forks 100mm and you have put 150mm on there? pretty sure your warranty would be void now.

I used the wife's Talon on Friday, surprisingly nice for what it cost. I wouldn't use the Revelations on it, it will handle much better with a 120mm fork your bottom bracket looks really high which is going to effect stability. Also a good chance of breaking the frame with the extra leverage from the longer fork.

I fitted a 200mm HS1 rotor yesterday afternoon with a 40mm post mount adapter I was just wondering if this looked right.

The caliper doesn't look right to me, it looks like it's sat half and half over the rotor instead of fully over it which would mean the inner half of the brake pad wont really have anything to bite onto. I'm a complete noob so may be chatting rubbish :P

The pads cover most of the disc so I think I've got it right. I decide I need a new daysack and found this on wiggle. It's small cheap fits everything I need in and most importantly to me feels comfortable on a ride so I thought I would share that. Got my self some Altura Ascent shorts as well.

Nice bike, followed a guy on a talon 1 yesterday and it was riding sweetly until he binned it on some rollers!

Def swap the 150mm fork though, you'd get decent cash for them and rebas would suit the bike much better.

After a few rides I am beginning to think that some 100mm forks would be better as suggested but that will have to wait until some come along at the right price.

This weekend I fitted my rear avid elixr 7 with 180mm HS1 rotor
