SIDI cleat bolt retaining nut

I have a pair of genius 5 Pro shoes on which I have broken one of the cleat bolt retainers. I opened the inside of the shoe to expose the nuts and can see that replacement is simple.
I contacted Sidi in September via Montesol / Big bear (Sidi UK distributors). They replied almost immediately and promised to send me a spare. However, I have not received one, nor have they replied to my four emails since.
Anyone know who else I can contact?
