Ive got minor issue with water cage bolt with my canyon cf.
The issue is that the water cage bolt cannot be unskrewed because its rotating together with the nut inside the frame.
Looking for shop in North Yorkshire, preferable Harrogate or Leeds, who can fix this.

Not a shop and no personal experience but I've seen a few recommendations for http://www.fibre-lyte.co.uk/ I think the guy that has something to do with it posts over on http://www.timetriallingforum.co.uk/. They are based at Stokesley, which is about an hour North or Harrogate/Leeds.

    so the Rivnut is loose.

any bike shop should beable to sort it.

As above... The old bolt may need to be cut or drilled out as worst, then a new rivnut put in. £10 job at worst. Shame your not more south as my forum friend fee is a beer... lol

That sounds quite simple. However I just called few lbs and they refuse to fix the issue, one of them said maybe.
Canyon itself wants to send the bike to factory and swap the whole frame. So the problem appears not that simple .

Maybe Canyon are worried about a ham-fisted job compromising the structural integrity of the frame? Would it affect the warranty if you had it done locally?

I'm also thinking this way, do I want anyone with drilling machine on my 1k
frame? I think is better to send the bike back.
