Strava misread - can it be corrected

Now, I'm not really a big strava segment chaser, but if theres an opportunity to grab a KOM it would be rude not to right?
Anyway, went out for a nice easy run tonight before a much longer one tomorrow. When I got on the erskine bridge however I realised I was flying due to a nice tail wind & put the foot down. Was sure I'd at least got a PB, but was shocked that on uploading it showed a 15mph average, when I was doing 17mph on the uphill section
Having looked closer I see whats happened. I passed the "end point" of the segment twice, and for some reason its taken the 2nd one, not the 1st one as my end time (actually stopped & had a drink inbetween).
So is there anyway of "correcting" this? Not a big deal, but you know how it is

Try editing the ride by cropping it short after the first end point to see if that gives you what you want.0

FYI,
Good news is I contacted Strava & they got back to me within a couple of hours & have sorted the issue.
Bad news is I missed the KOM by 10s
Thanks for the help folks.0
