Hi
Anybody know if there are any lay-bys or car parking along the A169 Malton/Pickering road heading to Whitby

    Up past Fylingdales? Yes, there are a couple. There's one at Hole of Horcum (can't remember if this is a pay one), there's parking nearer Sleights by the Goathland turn-off and I think there is another one between the two by the drop down to the little bridge. I think there are a few spots along the road where it is flat enough to just pull off and park up, or you could try Lockton village.

    Me-109 is right, might be worth a look on Google streetview?
