Decide on a new bike and then....dissapointment!

I have been pondering a new bike for a while and finally decided on the Canyon CF 9.0. Went to the website and one in my size is shown as "Sold Out" I contacted Canyon and this was their reply

Unfortunately if its showing as Sold Out on the website this means the bike is completely sold out for the season until our new models are launched in October.

At this stage I’m afraid we can’t give you exact details on bike specifications, prices and delivery times until the official launch takes place in mid October.


I'm really dissapointed so I may go and kick the cat.......

    Sorry to hear that. How long is 'for a while' though?
    Maybe its fate ;-)

    You can kick the cat that poo's in our garden if it makes you feel better :-)

    did you check all the canyon dealers to see if any have stock?
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny

    If you keep an eye on the Outlet on the Canyon website you might find one in your size show up at some point. I got one in January and couldn't be happier with it. :)

    Did you check if it was available in compact & double or triple as they do seem to have more stock of the latter 2.
    ( posting this just on the slight chance you didn't check).
