aero bar pad quick question

Got my profile design t2 aero bars fitted to bike and question.

How do you attach the pads properly?
You clearly don't just Velcro them under the rests as they fall off.
Do you loop them through holes or something?
Help please/picture of yours

I have the T3 and they have a pocket on the underside for one side of the plate and then just do the Velcro up. Simples.
