Seat position and friction?

Hi All,
I have a "little" problem with my seat rubbing a little bit too much especially on longer rides (around 30 miles or more when I change position more frequently than on a 10 mile commute).
This causes friction and pain and eventually little bloody corn forms.
I have noticed that my saddle wears out unevenly, even though it is positioned well I think.
Please refer to the photo of the place where it is wearing out, it is exactly where I get those burns.
My question is, how do I make cycling less painful, do I move the saddle backward, forward or change it for a different one?
My bike is a Ridgeback Storm, if it helps.
Thank you!

Just a guess but move it back, so your bottom isn't overlapping the widest bit.0
