This may have been covered before but has anyone had any experience buying from the german bike shop thebikshop.de

Prices seem quite good so just wanted to get feedback from others who have used them.

    Faultless.

    (half dozen or so purchases)
I may be a minority of one but that doesn't prevent me from being right.

    Ditto.

I got my Furys from there and they only took two days to arrive. A colleague at work has also used them several times and they have never let him down either.

  • All fine, but a bit pricey to return goods tracked.
I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles

I'm toying with the idea of buying a frame set or even complete bike

Thanks for the replies, has anyone experience of buying a complete bike from them rather than components. So far been in contact with them via email and they reply very quickly with good info.

I have. Bought 2 bikes from online shops in Germany. Service is excellent. What bike were you looking at btw?

I'm looking at either a De Rosa super king frame set or a complete colnago c59 which when taking currency conversion into account seem a very good price. They have a dura ace version but i've also spoke to them about a di2 version which they can do for what seems a very good price. Just seems a bit too good to be true when you consider the cost of just a c59 frame here.

    JEWBS-

I know this is going back a a while. Did you ever end up buying from thebikeshop.de

Looks like some decent deals on C59s

    Thanks

No I didn't buy from them in the end. The reason being i decided i definitely wanted to have di2 on the bike and if anything had gone wrong with it or any warranty issues it would have had to be sent back to them rather than sorted out here. I think if i had wanted a mechanical group set then i would have gone for it and bought from them. their deals on c59s do seem very good, they answer emails very quickly and interestingly they could get any colour scheme within 4 weeks against a 16 week wait in this country.

Dear Sirs, I have bought some goods from bike-components.de on August, 05, 2015. But they didn`t delivery me the parcel and lost it (DHL confirmed some parcels missing). As the result, till the moment (one month has past), I have no money, no goods. Talked with operators (Tim, Ferdinand, Jean), but no any results. Shop managers contact they didn`t provide. May I ask your help, please, how can I refund my money? Thanks in advance, Yury.
