Changing rear cassette 10 speed from a 11-25 to a 11-28 will I need to change the chain or lengthen it?.

    I run both 11-25 and 11-28 cassettes on various wheels and don't have any issues with chain length (which is more optimised for the 28).

    However, you are going the other way - so there is a chance the chain might be a link too short. Equally, when replacing a cassette, you should ideally replace your chain - using a worn chain on a new cassette is going to lead to premature wear on the cassette (and possibly skipping gears). I'd put a new chain on and make sure the length is good for the 28.
