DMR rear free hubs any good

Hi all since my sun ringle free hub has decided to explode and seize solid luckily going up a steep hill so chain didn't wrap round rear mech and mangle it.
Anyway since its new LBS are dealing with cube to do a warranty claim, hotlines which are the uk importer for sun ringle don't want to know its back to cube.. LBS said they would come to some agreement with a wheel rebuild as i don't want sun ringle back in as they say there is known issues with these.

So they recommended DMR Freehub replacement as they were not too expensive £50 has anyone any experience with these hubs.
