cannondale prophet hose guild

hi all am trying to found where i can buy the plastic bit (brake guild )that pushs in to the hole at the bottom of the seat tube
that holds the brake hose like on this frame. thanks for any help.

    GUIDE - a guild is an organisation (such as the guild of master craftsmen).....although there are the girl guides of course....

    Cannondale dealer would be the obvious answer perhaps?

    All ready tryed them no luck .
    it only little plastic thing that push in the hole to hold the hose
