    I've got a good way to avoid any censure from the UCI- just do loads of drugs.

    Actually this could faul foul of "restriction of trade rules" for pros which in itself could be extended to anyone wishing to do both.

    Looks like they've binned it for this year, but are looking to sort out full enforcement next year...

    They should get this guy to run the UCI, he'll sort things out.

    UCI have seen sense and reversed their decision according to the dirt website

    Not really, they've said they're not going to enforce it this year, but are working out how the ensure they do it for next year.
