ADVICE - Upgrading crank/chainring on Cube X ?

Hi All

Hate the look and weight and have a Dura Ace 7800 Chainset on my Felt and would like to do similar with my Cube X.

I have never replaced one before and have not sure about sizing, all i do know is the Cube currently has 38/48 ring set.

Could i pick up a secondhand crank and search for chainrings ?

What about bottom bracket, does that dictate what type of crank i can fit ?

What crank is on the Cube at the minute? Any model names/numbers on there?

It's a Shimano 105....i think

The bottom bracket must match the crank - but most modern chainsets come with the BB anyway. The external screw in types such as Shimano HT2 will work.
