The Raidon on the Bantu is the most basic one they do - coil spring, air asisted preload, fixed damping.
The one on the Hoodoo is considerably better.
The drivetrains are almost indistinguishable in use, just slightly different weights.0 -

I think this is the same as the fork my bantu came with but just a different colour. (White instead of grey)

Finally got into the LBS and the guy was pushing Dawes bikes. XC27D @ £500. Citing the shimano hydraulic disc brakes, the "Dawes Dynamism alloy frame" but it had Suntour XCM forks. And then the Discovery Sport 5 @ £540, I believe. A hybrid. Hydroformed frame and the shimano hydraulic disc brakes, perhaps a couple of other features but only Suntour NVX forks. Can't say it convinced me but what are your thoughts? If you don't mind. I'm fairly decided on getting the Voodoo Hoodoo just this last doubt.supersonic wrote:0 -
