32 spoke hub vs 36 spoke hub question

Hi,
I need to replace the inners of my Shimano FH-M475 rear hub. It is only the left side cone, 18 ball bearings and the left side dust cover that I actually need but it is the latter part that is proving difficult to find.
I have found a complete hub in Halfords (!!!!) for a bargain price of £19.99 after the 20% off promo.
BUT it is a 36 hole one and my hub is a 32 hole.
This may seem a stupid question but would the hubs be identical in every way except for the number of spoke holes?
