Decision time...

Important differences are:-

XT or X9

CrossMax ST or CrossRide wheels

and Fox TerraLogic Fork vs a RS SID RL

oh and 800 Euros!

Question is is the more expensive one worth the extra 800 eus? I have XT on the other bike and I have to say that I prefer it to the one ride on X9 (but then I used SRAM for years so...)

I like RS forks in general but to be fair I ve never owned a fox fork

The wheels are a massive improvement I have to say but then I could get a set of Stans rims on something from Superstar for a lot less than 800 euros!

Ok so there's a bit of carbon bling elsewhwere but I don't think that makes any significant difference really...

Any thoughts welcome

If I could afford it I'd buy the more expensive one.

Same a mcnulty - Buy the best one you can. The frames are the same granted but spending money on the upgrades over time will work out much more expensive than slowly uprading (its also a reasonable chunk lighter and the wheels are much better on the pricier one).

Fox Terralogic is a love/hate thing - is an auto lockout. I'd prefer the SID RL to be honest.

I don't think it is worth 800 Euros extra. I would get the cheaper one and buy the Superstar wheels and some X0 shifters.
