I know the subject of Dave Hinde can at times be a bit thorny with some peeps but I wanted to give the shop some praise.
They are my LBS and have built wheels and stuff for me in the past.
Had a bit of work done there on my road bike a couple of weeks ago. Work was done on time, on budget, and of excellent quality.
Jim was very communicative all the way through and couldn't have been more helpful.
Now I have no experience of them as an on-line retailer but they did a good job for me as a face-to-face customer and I always feel that it is important to support your LBS.

Lucky you. For every story like yours theres a dozen horror stories.Just watch this thread and you.ll see what i mean.

It was those little stickers saying "hand built by Dave Hinde" that did it. Every other and I mean every other spoke was only finger tight.0 -
