that looks raaaather classy, might i ask how much? Also how did settle on the frame size, did you get 'fitted' or work from your height & inside leg? Might i also ask if you were looking for speed or comfort?

Not answering your first question

Having owned a few bikes I know what I need geometry wise, and Enigma have full charts on their site so sizing was very straightforward. I'm very much Mr Average anyway (5'10" and conventionally proportioned... :D) which makes bike buying easy.

Can I say "both" to speed or comfort?? Acknowledging that there are extremes at each end of the spectrum, I wanted something in the middle. Geometry is perhaps "speed oriented" whilst materials are more "comfort". So it'll probably deliver neither!

One of the nicest Enigmas I've seen! Enjoy.

The guys at Enigma are fantastic by the way. True bike lovers, they stayed late into the evening before Easter working on this so I'd have it to ride. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Can people please stop bumping this thread. This Extensor is the first bike to give me bike envy since buying my Enigma last year

can i ask the OP how the 'speed' & 'comfort' parameters are measuring up pls? I'm getting a terrible itch for one of these that just might have to be satisfied in time for next 'summer'.

This bike is pure class, the perfect colour combination. I didn't realise it was steel until I read the spec.

I feel a paint strip of my recently aquired (used) Genesis Croix de Fer frame coming on. Polished and clear coated, like your rear triangle, would look well smart I reckon.
