Giant tcr internal cable replacement

How do I replace the internal cabelling on my tcr? I've fitted bigger bars and need to replace the cables. I've cut and pulled the original ones out.

You should have taped some thin string to your old cables before removing so the you can pull through the new ones. What you will now have is the most frustrating few hours of your life. I found the best way was to use an old wire coat hanger straightened out to thread through the holes attach a piece of string and pull back through. You can now tape the cable to the string and thread through. Others have used a piece of cotton and a vacuum cleaner to suck the cotton through and then use that to pull the cable through, I could not get it to work though.
