Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying either a HRM or a Cadence Sensor and was just wondering which one would be more beneficial? Ideally I'd buy both, but at the moment I can only afford one or the other. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Cheers.

I would say HRM, you can always get a rough idea of your cadence, but heart rate not so much. For training it's more important to be in the right heart rate zone than be doing a specific cadence.
  • That makes sense, I was kind of leaning more towards the HRM anyway.

    Cheers.

HRM is the way to go. Heart rate zones are the most important type of data you need really
