xo shifter stuck

my xo 10 speed shifter is stuck, will only shift down 3 times and then it stops,there seems to be something that doesnt click back quite enough to let the teeth move out of the way of the cog, tried pulling on the cable etc
but this has no effect, looked on srams website but nothing on there :?

I had excatly the same happen to an Ultegra road shifter, it would change once or twice then wouldn't catch some where and not pull any more cable, sprayed loads of GT85 at it and 1 minute later all good. Good luck mate.

Sram changed it under warranty even though it ran out months ago. They must know there a problem with them
