I knew that I'd eventually change the HT from a 26 to a 29 (as predicted a few times on here) and I finally got around to doing it. Spec is basic, as was the 26 Inbred, which is hardly a surprise as most of the comments, except the fork and wheels were moved straight over!

Frame: On One Inbred 29 (XL)
Fork: VWSurfBum's old Manitou Drake
Wheels: Superstar XCX 29 (bolt through 9mm front axle, bolt through 10mm rear)
Bars: Ragley Wiser 711mm
Stem: Ragley Stubbing 60mm (going as it's red, being replaced by a black one!)
Headset: Hope black
Grips: ODI Hardcore Yeti (again, going as they are red collars)
Chainset: Truvativ Stylo, Middleburn 34 tooth ring (to be changed for 32 I suspect)
Bottom Bracket: Hope black
Cassette: SRAM 11-34 9 speed. (Probably to be changed for 12-36 'cos of gearing differences between 26 and 29!)
Brakes: Shimano Deore M595
Tyres: On One Smorgasboard Trail Extreme - tubeless with Stans rim tape and sealant
Seat Collar: The old On One job, again, on it's way (with the 26er frame) as it's white and I'm waiting for my black Hope QR collar.
Post: Some cheap shit one.
Saddle: Charge Spoon

Right, ridden this quite a bit now and there's a few mods on the way, all revolving around gearing. The current gearing, which is as it was on the 26 is too long. So to get the same I need to either change to a 30 tooth chainring (rocking horse shit) or a 32 chainring with a 12-36 cassette out the back. I'm scouring the web as I type!!

Otherwise I'm really pleased with it and one of the most impressive bits are the tyres. Roll well, yet are very grippy and compliant when you need them to be. Feel very secure. Ridiculous bargain at £14 for the dual compound ones at the time.
