Surprised no-one from Liverpool Merc CC has been in to promote their annual ride. Last year it was £5 straight to charity just a route card and follow the crowd. This year it's £10 but includes food (and a little more organisation). The route is decent and has its moments around Belmont. Handy for anyone between Southport and Liverpool. Website is

Its a great day out - i'm in - the woman in charge of it was looking to see how many would be doing it so she could order the bits and bobs at the feed stop - so get your entries in quick .
