Acquiring and replacing spokes

Bust a spoke at the weekend, and think I back myself to replace it. I have a spoke key just need to work out:

A) where can I pick one up, currently running ultegra 6500 hubs on Kronos Vuelta rims (I'd guess J shaped spokes?)
B) is it easy enough to do myself? I can badly true a wheel so this just seems the next step?

you need to know the length, it's also be nice to match the existing spoke type straight, butted/double butted etc.

    sjs is a good source...

btw it's often worth changing the two adjacent spokes as they'll be under much higher tension due to the missing one, it can make them more likely to fail

it's quite easy to change spokes

I can't stress enough to you about knowing what you're doing. Especially when working on a wheel.

Stole a spoke from an old RS 3.0 (stock cannondale wheel) and the nipple with it. Seems a bit narrower and is black, but got me on the road again!

    Definitely easier than I thought!
