Can someone ID these Shimano Disk Brakes

My mate bought a 2nd hand Carrera Subway Ltd Edition.
I suspect I Need to replace the pads so I need to work out how to remove them, and what to buy!

That's the pads you need, remove wheel, then remove split pin in the caliper with pliers. Pads will fall out the bottom with a tap!0 -
