To Clarion or not to Clarion?

I've been looking at joining a local bike club over the next few week. There's two in my local area; one Clarion and one not. Are there any major benefits to joing a clarion these days? I'll go on the club runs and see which one seems best anyhow

I have no idea about Clarion elsewhere, but here in Wakefield they are a very active and very friendly bunch.0

Join..! either Crewe or Audlem (the other one your were contemplating) ... both excellent clubs.0

Im with Sunderland Clarion, best decision to join a club. Good banter and some good riding.
Plus, if you join the clarion you get discounts at Cotswold outdoors. (Not that i've ever been there myself).
Plus other schemes....0 -
Audlem is the other one. Possibly Kidsgrove Wheelers in the mix too. They all seem pretty good.0
