Just started my blog, which is aimed at beginners, hoping to pull together some of what I have picked up in the past 12 months, getting back into cycling after a very long break. There is loads I still want to add such as a fitness/health section and also skills/technique section too. There are still some empty sections or some with very limited information and I will be including some photos too. There is an emphasis on routes and challenges near where I live, in Wharfedale, so may have added appeal to those living near Ilkley, Otley, Menston, Burley or Guiseley.
I would welcome your comments to help me to get the most out of this blog as it is all new to me. Any sections or topics or questions? I have started one about mudguards at the bottom of the blog.

Stick with it and I hope it is worth 30 seconds of your time for a quick look. :P
