I have a Garmin 910xt forerunner which I just purchased.
When I use garmin sync.. which never seems to work automatically it shows my device as the iphone app in strava..
Does anyone else get this? Or know how to resolve it?

reading through some similar threads about garmin synching with pc or not getting recognised, there seems to be 2 solutions:
1) restart the device while plugged into the pc
2) Make sure you have the latest version of the Garmin software installed on your pc0
