Bit random, but I am staying near Heaton Park & wondered if there are any rides around that area tomorrow (Easter Sun).
Looking to do around 40 miles at a medium pace, but don't really know the area / anywhere decent to ride

It's the wrong side of the city for me and I don't know it that well. If it was me I would head north to Bury and do a loop taking in Helmshore, Ramsbottom, Hawkshaw, Summerseat and back. I have never ridden up there but it is lovely. There was a forum member who used to post on on here called Secteur who lives up that way, a SPM to him might bear fruit.0

Good luck, if you head past Bury it's likely to get lumpy as you are into the Pennines but the landscape is stunning.0

Hi, we've got a club run going out of our shop in Romiley,Cheshire. It's a 20min drive up the m60. We meet at nine and hit the road at 09:30. We are doing a lumpy but steady 42 miles.
I actually live near Heaton Park and I'd offer you a lift but I'm heading to the shop early on.
If you want a couple of routes doing from Heaton Park, dm me and I'll send you something.
