Marathon Corsa LT servicing/parts

I recently picked up a set of Marzocchi Marathon Corsa LT forks off ebay, these ones http://www.marzocchi.com/template/detai ... tto=55946# Unfortunetly they are missing the rebound adjuster knob and the rod it goes on is jammed solid. I've tried turning it with a pair of locking grips to no avail. Also can;t quite figure out how to hook up the handlebar remote.I can't seem to find any info on stripping them down or where to get spare parts, can anyone point me in the right direction? They seem to be a decent fork, but with the rebound stuck on slow it's not much fun!
