planning to head up to kielder tomorrow and do the two reds? Anyone been? what are the trails like?

    Went up today. Bitterly cold..._2 this morning but dry and clear and lots of fun.

    I did the Deadwater and Lonesome Pine routes missing out the climbs to both summits because of snow. There is a couple of inches of snow at the higher levels but this added a bit of spice and didn't get in the way.
    Other than a bit of sliding on a steep bit the descents are fine. Hard and fast and fun though the Lakeside way was yuk with all the frost coming out.
