Free Train with a Pro this Easter

This weekend my lbs in Crystal Palace is doing free training rides with a just retired pro, Matteo Carrara. Every morning 9am for a couple of hours this weekend ...... tomorrow is hill climbing ............ which if I recover from today's pretty sharp club ride I will do.
Place is called CadencePerformance ........ He is a lovely guy and it is just a bit of a different experience, especially when free. If I make it, it will be interesting to see just how much longer it'll take me to get up whatever north down hillock they planning to torture us on
