4 degrees here. Sun is out but the wind chill is the problem, taking the temp into minus figures.

Still weighing up the options, if not I'll hit the gym for a couple of hours.

No such thing as too cold, just the wrong clothes. Did a quick 50km in glorious sunshine and very little traffic.

Was out this morning at 6.30 before work. Lovely to have the sun out and although cold it felt balmy compared to the last few mornings as the wind's disappeared 8)

Out in the lower Peak this morning and in parts it felt like i was riding through an alpine pass, clear roads but alot of the lanes had drifts on both sides with some over 8 feet. Bloody cold wind though.

Went out at 6am this morning to do 65miles. Was nice and sunny going over the south Downs. Heading inland, by the time I had got to Battle at 9am it was snowing!

Sunny here too. Snowflakes the size of dinner plates earlier on, but not lying.

I'm thinking if I pretend all day that I'm not going out, then have a surprise last minute change of mind, I might actually manage to get out before it decides to snow again.

Sunny yes, but very windy out there. 38 miles was quite a slog http://app.strava.com/activities/46299932
Some of the snow drifts are incredible.

Been out for a 5 mile run. Despite being 5 degree, the sun is pretty hot. Looking for a ride inthe afternoon.

I vaguely remember a long time ago when the temperature was in double figures.

The other day felt tropical as it got to the dizzy heights of 5 deg C.

Now I'm used to the temp being -2 to 3 deg C on a daily basis. The thought of the temp being above 10 deg C is crazy.

Just got back from a 9 miler,i know it isn`t a lot but for me it is progress.

The sun was lovely on my back and only towards the end did i feel a little headwind but nothing uncomfortable.A very enjoyable ride was to be had. After the last few weeks it felt like the tropics. :D

Managed to get out for an hour of hill reps this afternoon without it snowing. Very sunny and just a little warmer than recently.

I think someone, somewhere has appeased the cycling gods and I would like to thank them.

You'll know it's you if you have recently bought a full winter kit/expensive turbo/holiday abroad.
