Help/advice with my new wheels

Hi all
I have recently purchased these

as they are light and I think good value (plus thanks to njee for some advice). Some help with the following would be greatly appreciated though.
1: Do I need DT swiss specific rim tape etc to go tubeless? If not then could you please point me in the right direction for good value tubeless kit that will work for my wheels. (£50ish would be nice if possible)
2: Can I use my old 15mm skewers or do I need funworks specific ones for them to fit correctly? I'm guessing I should be ok with my original.

Constantly trying to upgrade my parts.It is a long road ahead as things are so expensive for little gain. n+1 is always the principle in my mind.
