We've had a Scooba (the robot mop) for the last two years. It does miss the corners but I go round with a cloth first in the corners, set Scooby off and go for a bike ride. I get back and he's done and I have brownie points for doing the cleaning!

I have 4 persian cats, that little thing would give up after 20 minutes trying to clean up after them little sh!ts.

Wait on. Why are we even talking about this? I have a wife to do this sort of menial task.

we have 3 black short hair cat's, I'll have to see how it copes with the hair, it was funny watching the cat's reaction to it, i thought they were going to kill it.

I've not been near my Dyson in years, I let my cleaner do that :)

Had the roomba a few years ago. She struggled on the door mat and the cables for lamps etc., so it would be a fun family activity to try and locate the hoover in the morning, as it would get stuck and power itself off, waiting to be retrieved in the morning.

Always entertaining to trick it into thinking it was trapped by pressing the bumpers, wherever it tried to go. However the fun wouldn't last forever, and it would power off again once it got bored
