Turbo/Stationary Bike Training

Hi folks,
I am trying to get some decent training in but am struggling to get out on the road since the weather here is snowy (as with most places in the UK atm!)
To this end, I was wondering if anyone could suggest any interesting sessions for the turbo trainer/stationary bike?
Cheers,
R

I googled that for you

It's on this very site!0 -
Go big front and big rear, do 2 mins in each gear all the way down the block. Keep the cadence at a constant 85 - 90 in each gear, then go back up the rear block with 2 min intervals. With 5/10 min warm up down takes approx an hour and because of the clock/cadence watching time just flies........0

If you really want to hurt yourself, then link the above to TrainerRoad, but have a bucket near the turbo.
There's a good Trainer Road thread on the training forum, but really do give the Sufferfest a go first.0 -
Sufferfest all the way, great focused work outs and be under no illussion, if you put the effort in..........passing out is nearly there in the last 10 mins of all video's
