Just bought a Giant Defy 0 for £1000,
I emailed Westbrook Cycles asking for a nice roadie, and they offered me £200 off the RRP straight away.
Must say its fantastic..
Rides fast, and slick, and smooth.
Does anyone else have one?

Yep, got one in February. Done 350 miles on it so far. Fast and smooth although I hope to upgrade the wheels at some point. Also have some Continental GP4000s tires to go on it. Had a dilemma as I could have had the Defy Advanced 2 (the award winning one) for £1500 but opted for the Defy 0 at £1100 as I didn't think I really needed a carbon bike.
Some might think I am mad but I don't regret my decision. Much nicer bike than the 1 cosmetically. You got yourself a real bargain there, thought I was doing well to get £100 off on what is a brand new model.0 -
Awesome.. Goot times..
Look for'd to my first 1'r..
Thanks for the input.. I had the same worry about carbon..
Feel much better now.

No worries. I rode some carbon Giants he had and came to the conclusion the Alu version would do just fine.0

Blue bar tap
resize the file in paint to 480 pixels wide, save as gif :P0 -
Nice Steve. Liking the blue bar tape. Mine has the original black but I have changed the saddle to a black Charge Spoon and have Schwalbe Luganos (blue of course!) instead of the pr3's. Out for a spin later. I will try and post some photos later if I can work out the technology.0
