Anyone got any reports on the build quality of these guys wheels, they look beautifully done. Looking for a new wheelset with hope hubs and stans arch ex rims. Opinions please.......

Do moonglu actually build them up from scratch or just supply them from hope as a fully built wheel.

Pretty sure they build them as that particular combo wasn't available as a hope hoop when I got mine. They've taken some fairly brutal treatment and are still perfect.

I have a set from moonglu, Hope Pro II, Flow Rims, been faultless and must be 2 years old now. Hammered around the Peaks and Lakes no issues at all.

  • That's more like it, an actual opinion. Thank you mate. Anyone else got experiences of the build quality particularly of the pro 2/ arch ex combo?

I've got pro 2 ev's on Arch Ex rims from Moonglu- quality build no issues. They were out of stock on the red hubs at the time I ordered, and when they came in stock I was away on holiday. They held them at the shop and then shipped the day before I was home so they arrived the 1st morning back at home, spare spokes included. Good communication all round.

    Won't do better i suspect.
